Shipping 

Currently I accept orders for shipment within the continental United States, but am willing to investigate and consider overseas shipment upon request. All items are shipped FOB origin, and as such all packaging, shipping, and insurance costs will be added to the final invoice.

Customers are also always very welcome to make their own shipping arrangements for their purchases. We would also be pleased to arrange for you to stop by and to pick up your items up personally.

That being said, normally it is assumed that we will be arranging all of the details for the secure delivery of your order. Since this is the case, here are some of fundamentals we would like to share with you. First, all original works of art will be packaged and shipped via safest and most economical means unless you have specifically requested otherwise (i.e., UPS, FedEx Ground, or suitable LTL ground shipping method).

For stock items, please allow 7 to 10 days for delivery from the date of your order. For those unique items built or created specifically to your commissioned order (i.e., Adventure House, hand-colored print, painting, etc.) delivery times will be quoted in advance and will be mutually understood and agreed to prior to your order’s acceptance.

Once your order is shipped we will call and/or email you with all of your package’s tracking information.

Return, Refund, and Cancellation Policy 

If your art object is damaged during shipment, please notify us as soon as possible by phone or email. Please prepare a full description of the damage along with photos whenever possible. We will gladly help you to work with the shipper and as might be necessary help with all shipping insurance claims to the best of our ability.

Our best advice to the customer is that when the item arrives at your home or shipping location, please inspect the unopened container thoroughly. If the packaging is in obviously poor or a damaged condition, the very best thing to do is to simply refuse delivery of the shipment and place it right back into the hands of the driver. The package will then be returned to us by the shipper for full inspection and repackaging or for follow-on repair or even replacement if needed.

If shipping damage is noted after delivery, to guarantee full insurance coverage, all damage should normally be reported as soon as possible and certainly within 2-3 business days after delivery acceptance. Please retain all the original packaging material as the shipper may ask for its inspection at anytime during the claim process.

Although this is an extremely rare request, if you change your mind after receiving your order and if the item ordered was a normal studio stock item, you will have seven days to notify me by email that you would like to return it to us. Of course, you will need to fund the return shipping for the piece. We would strongly recommend that you use all original packaging whenever possible to return the item to us. You will receive a full refund when we receive the art object back at our location in the same new condition as when it left our studio.

Please note, that all sales of commissioned Adventure Houses, intaglio prints, and other commissioned works that were especially created to your specific order are final and there are no cancellations, returns, or exchanges of these items. Exceptions to this stated will be rare, if at all, and will be at our discretion only. Your understanding of this policy is very important to us and is greatly appreciated. Please ask about this if you have any questions whatsoever. However, as previously discussed, in the case of shipping damage, we will assist you through the entire shipping insurance claim process whenever and if ever this becomes necessary.
